Product Description

Highly purified bovine type I collagen is extracted from fetal calf skin as a refined pepsin digest. This product is suitable for use in tissue culture applications wherever the coating of plastic plates/wells/dishes is required. GMP-grade collagen products are also available for clinical/medical applications. Type I collagen is available as a soluble mixture in dilute acetic acid at concentrations from 1 to *0 mg/ml, or as a lyophilized product, and can be dried onto forms as required.
